Heavy steering means that when the forklift is driving at low speed, the steering is heavy or stuck when the forklift is slowly turning. The reasons leading to this abnormal phenomenon are as follows:
1. The forklift hydraulic tank is short of oil or the oil filter is clogged
2. There is air in the forklift oil circuit
3. Hydraulic pump wear causes leakage, or the drive belt slips
4. The relief valve leaks, the spring is too soft or improperly adjusted
5. The steering cylinder or distribution valve seal is damaged
6. The oil pipe joint or sealing ring is damaged
